If you score DOSE with an USRBIN you get GeV/g. See Manual _at_USRBIN, Note 5

I’m really not sure where 1.06 is coming from….

In order to get the dose rate you should multiply by the intensity of your beam (particles/s)
But mind that this is not an equivalent dose.
