Dear colleagues,

I encountered a problem in FLUKA when simulating an experiment of a
proton beam interacting with a solid target in vacuum, which can be
reduced to a simple simulation to reproduce the error as follows:

A proton beam is shot from the source position at (0,0,0) in +z
direction towards a solid RPP target in vacuum sitting at z=10cm with
one face being parallel to an XY plane. The Extensions are Xmin = 0,
Xmax = 5, YMin = -2.5, Ymax = 2.5, Zmin = 10, Zmax = 15.

It seems that FLUKA has problems, when protons are hitting the face of
the RPP parallel to one face, since the .err file reports:

Geofar: Particle in region 3 (cell # 0) in position

Also the .log file and .out file report:

Please find my inputfile for this testcase attached.
