Dear Franz,
this is cause by beam is traveling exactly on the surface of the region
defined by the RPP.

The code tolerate a certain number of those cases, but in your case those
are 25% of your primaries and FLUKA aborts the run.
One could tune (relax a bit) the accuracy on the boundary identification in
this case using WHAT(2) of the GEOBEGIN card.
