Hi Roman,
when you recompile geoviewer you need to be sure to have also tk, python-tk, python-dev, tk-dev, libx11-dev
As from this point you miss the python-dev, but you might miss also some of the others.
Alter the building do a make install (don’t forget to install flair beforehands)
