Hi Masoomeh,

yes, there is a fundamental problem in your input file.
You cannot run 45 keV electrons with a transport threshold set by default
at 100 keV (as printed in the output file).
Lower it down to the 1 keV hard limit mentioned by George through the
EMFCUT card
