Dear Jacopo,

Alpha decay is not simulated in the present release, see also previous posts:

Subject: [fluka-discuss]: Radioactive decay

Dear Fluka experts,

I’ve tried to simulate an alpha decay, but something has gone wrong. If i simulate this radioactive decay in vacuum (i’m using he isotope 241 of the Americium) i should obtain just a line at the energy of 5.486 MeV, the energy associated to the alpha decay of this isotope. But my results are a bit different from the expectation. In attachment there is the Fluka code and my results. I don’t know if I’m using all the cards in the right way.
Thank you.

Best regards,
Jacopo.
