fluka2011 is very old, it does not yet include the pointwise treatment
(and many other new/improved features)
Please  upgrade,  you will find the fluka2023 version on *www.fluka.org.*
Also, from the same website, please download the python3 version of flair
(flair-2.3-0dpy3 <http://www.fluka.org/flair/flair-2.3-0dpy3.src.rpm>)
