Dear Sergey,
 looking at your input, I would like to suggest you to use HADROTHE
default instead of the CALORIME one (see
http://www.fluka.org/fluka.php?id=man_onl&sub=21 for more details), and
to include the card PHYSICS with SDUM = EVAPORATion (see
http://www.fluka.org/fluka.php?id=man_onl&sub=63 for more details).
About the absence of the fragmentation tail, as reported in the manual:
"If heavy ion nuclear interactions are requested, the user must
link FLUKA with the DPMJET library, which is provided together
with the normal FLUKA distribution."
So you have to use, $FLUPRO/flutil/ldpm3qmd to creat your executable.
