bragg peak

Dear all

my source is heavy ion(Fe,c) in a cylindrical target, I try to access (dose)
vs. (depth) till I can plot bragg peak. But I don't know that I use witch
score and how can I analysis output files that plotting brag peak?

Also witch score is useful to calculate of Dose?
