problem with running FLUKA

Dear FLUKA users,

while trying to run FLUKA (last version) I get the message:
/fluka/user/TEST$ rfluka -M1 myinp
$TARGET_MACHINE = Linux
$FLUPRO = /home/yiannis/fluka/
[: 141: .: unexpected operator

Too many input files specified!

I re-installed FLUKA but unfortunately my problem still exists.
Any help?
