Hi,

It’s possible to update flair on flupix? I’m using virtual machine with „flupix-2011.2b-4_flair-1.2-1.iso<https://www.fluka.org/packages/flupix-2011.2b-4_flair-1.2-1.iso>”. I saw that the latest flair is only on trial version of flupix (TRIAL-flupix-2011.2b-4_flair-1.2-4.iso<https://www.fluka.org/packages/TRIAL-flupix-2011.2b-4_flair-1.2-4.iso>).

Best Regards

Hi Krystian,

please download the latest version of flair-1.2-4
it contains a subdirectory named "dicom" which contains the materials definition as well the hounsfield to material conversion files.

Subject: [fluka-discuss]: Flair - PET and Dicom tools
Hello,

I’m FLUKA beginner and I want to use flair tools (PET, Dicom) for medical applications. My problem is that I need to Imports DICOM files and translate them into FLUKA voxels. I’ve found some DICOM sample files but It is necessary to provide a file with the material definition list and another file with the assignment of materials for each Hounsfield Unit. But I don’t have those files and I don’t know where I can find them. Can you help me with that problem?

Best Regards,
Krystian
