Hi FLUKA users,
My goal is to know the equivalence of the number of neutrons of 1 MeV
that produce the same damage (to my silicon chip ) that a certain flux of
neutrons with an determined spectre. What function should I use? I
supposed that the best option would be to compare DPA results in USRBIN ,
is this best option?
The beam is annular with Rmin = 0 and Rmax=0.5 and passes through the chip.
