Dear Andrea
preliminarly, before trying to understand in detail:
- for this application and energy you MUST use PRECISIO default
- setting EMFCUT in production and transport is absolutely necessary.

Why are you using DETECT? Is your goal just to score the
energy deposition of photons in lyso?
In that case you'd better use USRBIN by region to score ENERGY.
You can score on event-by-event base you
can use EVENTBIN, which has the same format as USRBIN.

You have USRBIN in your input but in cartesian coordinate
and just to score fluence of Photons and Electrons.

Can you try to correct and implement these
suggestions?

        Cheers
                Giuseppe
