[fluka-discuss]: Flair CT voxel plotting and dose distribution plotting

Greetings, FLUKA/Flair experts

I set up a FLUKA model to run dose distribution simulation on a CBCT set. The CBCT was converted to voxel and loaded in FLUKA using flair. Then I ran the simulation and collected the result using USERBIN X-Y-Z dose score card.
My problem now is how do I present my dose distribution. I have seen the CT 3D images with the dose distribution on the Flair website. And the DiCOM 3D voxel irradiation with proton beam screenshot images.I would like to know how to make those images to present my dose distribution? Or at least overlay my dose distribution on top of the CBCT. Additionally, the dose data collected in the userbnn file is raw data, can I re-scale the dose and still load it in flair for plotting?
I also noticed that the voxel of the CBCT shows up as a orange-ish color when viewing in the geometry window, is there a way to change them to gray scale as the original CBCT?
Thank you very much for your help!

Sincerely,
Boyu Meng
