FLUKA: Upgrade

Hi

I saw almost nobody downloaded the new FLUKA version. I confirm it is not
terribly different from the previous one, however I strongly suggest
everybody to upgrade in order to avoid to run into any of the known
problems fixed in that version. It could be difficult to disentagle
problems on the previous version.
