Dear fluka2005.6 and ALIFE-users,
with the latest release of Fluka, the list of standard materials
(Chapter 5 in the manual) has changed. You must obviously be careful if
you are adapting old Fluka-input files making use of standard materials.
Also in ALIFE, default materials (marked with *) will now trnaslate to
the new material assignment. If your alife-input uses e.g. >*PLUTONUM,
it will translate to standard material no. 19, which is now sodium.
This behaviour can be corrected by explicitly defining every material
used or by editing the MakeMaterialIndex.tcl-file in the
lib-subdirectory of ALIFE. At the beginning of the file is the
dictionary of standard materials, which you can edit, using the new
material assignments from fluka2005.6
Best regards,
Thomas Otto
