Dear Shy

When you score by region you have to divide by the volume to get either
energy deposited pr cm3 or the correct dose value. This can be done either
offline (when processing the output) or by defining a volume in the
geometry. Hard to tell why the latter didn't work for you without seeing
the input. In any case I suggest doing the former.
