Please keep the Emails on the list such that other users can also profit from the answers.
Your run fails because of missing entries on the EMF-CUT card (note that some checks have been added in the more recent FLUKA version):
1) you have to explicitly specify also a cut for electrons/positrons (on WHAT(1)), not only for photons.
2) you have to explicitly specify a value on WHAT(3) for the first EMF-CUT card with SDUM=PROD-CUT. See following recent thread for more details:

With reference to your kind reply, I am sending herewith my input files. As already stated, I have installed fluka2011.2x-linux-gfor64bitAA.tar.gz <
https://www.fluka.org/packages/fluka2011.2x-linux-gfor64bitAA.tar.gz> on Ubuntu 18.04 successfully. The input files that were well working in old version of FLUKA & ubuntu are now NOT running successfully. Input files get loaded successfully through Flair. But during RUN process, Initially Status remains "Waiting to attach" and within few seconds status changes to "Finished OK" without completing any Cycle/Primaries.
Moreover, the file example.inp (made available by FLUKA) run/processed well for all the cycles.
Kindly correct me, where I am making a silly mistake.
