Hi Andrew,

the following links should work:
http://vincke.home.cern.ch/vincke/Pipsicad_int.linux
http://vincke.home.cern.ch/vincke/Flukacad_int.linux
http://vincke.home.cern.ch/vincke/FILEDAT

Kind regards,

I appreciate all of your help with this so far. What I'm hoping to be my last issue is the link for the Pipsicad/Flukacad/FILEDAT downloads isn't functioning.

I began at Heli's Homepage http://vincke.home.cern.ch/vincke/
And tried the 3 download links he provides.
http://home.cern.ch/~vincke/Pipsicad_int.linux
http://home.cern.ch/~vincke/Flukacad_int.linux
http://home.cern.ch/~vincke/FILEDAT

None of these pages are found, preventing me from acquiring the files. The typed out link he provides only brings me to a CERN search page that can't find the files either.

Any suggestions on how I can get these packages?

Dear Andrew,

the packages needed to run Flukacad and Pipsicad in Docker are:

glibc.i686 libgcc.i686 compat-libf2c-34.i686

You can find the instructions for how to install them at https://flukadocker.github.io/F4D/ under "Custom packages".

Dear Andrew,
we have to try, since this is not tested yet. I have no experience with these tools, but I have just downloaded them and I see they are distributed as ELF binaries.

The main thing is to understand which libraries were linked to make these executables and to see if they are available in our Docker image. This is my first idea: let us see also David's and others opinions.

We will let you know...

Best,
Andrea
