    Dear Jaroslaw,

I'm afraid that you cannot increase the maximum number of regions
yourself without access to the source. However, if I'm not mistaken then
the limitation of 10000 input regions does not apply if you use lattice
structures. Though, I don't know whether this would be an option for
    your problem.=20

Just for my own curiosity - is this problem related to the message which
    you've sent last week?
    http://www.fluka.org/web_archive/earchive/new-fluka-discuss/1444.html
If yes then the problem cannot be solved by increasing the 10.000 as
this is the number of regions that are given in the input. Whereas your
problem was related to the number of regions created "on-the-fly" during
    the parentheses expansion.

    Cheers
    Chris
