Thank you for the reply! I solved the problem, I forgot to launch
terminal again after changing FLUPRO in the .bashrc and it seems that
new FLUKA was installed incorrectly because of FLUPRO pointing on the
old directory at the installation, so I just relaunched terminal and
deleted old directory and did the full installation process again.
