Fixed target simulation

Dear All,

I would greatly appreciate a hint on the following question:

How can I simulate a target with 100% efficiency?

In other words: is there a way to tell FLUKA to make a particle entering some
volume immediately interact with the probability == 1.0 ?

I am aware about LAM-BIAS but this gives weights to particles while I would like
to apply my own normalization later,
