Dear Mojdeh,
if you want to simulate HEAVY ION as primary beam, flair will not
generate automatically the proper executable. You have to create it
linking fluka in the "compile" section of flair, using the ldpmqmd
script.

For the voices in the menu "Link" of that page, they are scripts to link
fluka to different sets of libraries (lflukac -- CERN libraries, ldpmqmd
-- DPMJET and RQMD object files when heavy ion nuclear interactions are
needed).
I guess developers could give more detailed informations.
