Dear User,
  There is nothing wrong with your input.
FLUKA handles the generalized particle BEAMPART (Primary (source or beam)
particles) in a general way, i.e., if your primary particle is a neutron
it will give you also the information about the low energy neutrons
following the multigroup energy bins.
