How do I decrease run time?

Hi I am new in fluka and have I think simple question.

Run where One billion electrons hit the 5cm^3 lead object that surrounded
with 1m^3 concrete box lasts 5 YEARS, I want to use usrtrack usrbin and
usrbdx scoring cards.

How can i decrease this run time up to reasonable time?
