Dear Luca,

I'm using slackware-current with gcc-4.8.2 multilib (c,c++,fortran).

Try to add to .bashrc file in your home directory strings as:

export FLUPRO=/path/to/fluka
export FLUFOR=/path/to/fortran

my values are:
export FLUPRO=$HOME/fluka
export FLUFOR=gfortran

Then in command line execute "source .bashrc" and try to compile fluka
again.

Best regards.
