Dear Amin,
I'm using the same *.iso file and running the Virtual Machine on W8.
The example.inp runs perfectly also through Flair.
Please check again the configuration of your Virtual Machine or try to create it again.

I can run Fluka through the command line like:$FLUPRO/flutil/rfluka -e $FLUPRO/flukahp -N0 -M1 example
but never run through Flair.
Why up to now have no idea

My Dear Angelo Thank for your kind help. The the virtual machine is installed and i used flupix-2011.2c-1_flair-2.1-6 as an image. at the moment FLUKA can run only under a Linux environment.
Even if you cannot install directly FLUKA on windows you can run it on a virtual machine.
Once you have installed the VrtualBox you can use FLUPIX (a Linux Live CD with pre-installed FLUKA, flair and all the necessary tools in for performing FLUKA runs) or alternatively you can create a Linux machine and perform a clean FLUKA installation
