Dear Danny
I assume that you are not an advance FLUKA user therefore I encourage you
to use flair for FLUKA input editing and data processing. You can find
more on flair at the following location :
http://www.fluka.org/flair/index.html

Otherwise to answer your question, in your case you have a

RPP water -15.0 15.0 -15.0 15.0 100.0 130.0
RPP w1 -0.5 0.5 -0.5 0.5 100.0 101.0
RPP w2 -0.5 0.5 -0.5 0.5 101.0 102.0
RPP w3 -0.5 0.5 -0.5 0.5 102.0 103.0
.....
And the following for the region :
WATER 5 +water -w1 -w2 -w3 -w4 -w5 -w6 -w7 -w8 -w9 -w10 -w11 -w12
-w13 -w14 -w15 -w16 -w17 -w18 -w19 -w20 -w21 -w22 -w23 -w24 -w25 -w26
                -w27 -w28 -w29 -w30
W1 5 +w1
W2 5 +w2
W3 5 +w3
W4 5 +w4
W5 5 +w5

This could be replaced by to avoid overlapping region...
RPP water -15.0 15.0 -15.0 15.0 100.0 130.0
RPP water2 -0.5 0.5 -0.5 0.5 99.0 131.0
XYP pxy101 101.0
XYP pxy102 102.0
XYP pxy103 103.0
XYP pxy104 104.0
.....
And for the region:
WATER 5 +water - water2
W1 5 +water +water2 + pxy101
W2 5 +water2 - pxy101 + pxy102
W3 5 +water2 - pxy102 + pxy103
W4 5 +water2 - pxy103 + pxy104
.....

Once again this is useful to divide the geometry only if you are changing
things between the regions which impact the tracking of particles through
the geometry (biasing, material....), since this is not the case you could
use a USRBIN with the following and only define one region filled with
water in the geometry part...:

*...+....1....+....2....+....3....+....4....+....5....+....6....+....7...+...8
USRBIN 10.0 ENERGY -50.0 0.5 0.5 130.0energ
y
USRBIN -0.5 -0.5 100.0 1.0 1.0 30.0&

If you are using flair the sum of different runs can be combined in a very
straightforward way (by going to data and selecting the file after running
...
To understand the different type of scoring and the use of flair I also
suggest that you have a look at the course material, for example last
course :

Happy new year !
Joachim

Dear Joachim,

I have used geo-debug in the flair and found no errors, while I haven't used
 SimpleGeo so far.
You remind me of using a single RPP and infinite plans to slice the RPPb.
That seems to be a good idea , comparing to creating several RPP and region
s.But how could I do that?
As to your comments,I remember there several types of USRBIN card, including
 Cartesian usrbin.
However, I don't have a deep understanding of this.
What's more,besides USRBIN card,can I get statistical errors from several r
uns,
through USRTRACK,USRCOLL card and so on?
Thanks so much for your suggestion.
Yours,
Danny
