    Defines an irradiation profile for radioactive decay calculations

= length of a newly defined irradiation interval (in s) > 0.0 : a new interval is added with length

= 0.0 : ignored < 0.0 : the last defined interval (if any) is deleted

Note:
Several cards can be combined up to the desired number of irradiation intervals. Decay times as requested by DCYTIMES commands will be calculated from the end of the last one. Scoring during irradiation can be obtained giving negative decay times in DCYTIMES
