About EMFCUT: if you do not set it, it will be set according to the
DEFAULT chosen (see in the manual). You can also check in the .out file.

Setting EMFCUT to the beam photon energy as in your input
will stop all electrons as soon as they are produced.

Yu can place usrbins also on the two ends of the cylinder, thin in z. Or
use USRBDX.
