[fluka-discuss]: Question about "EM-ENRGY" and "NIEL-DEP" in USRBIN

Hi everyone,

      Is it true that the sum of EM-ENRGY and NIEL-DEP (energy deposition
from non-ionizing radiation) should be equal to the total energy
deposition? I noticed that this relation does not really hold.
       Also, I assume that neutron recoil energy is considered as
non-ionizing radiation if the recoil does not produce further radiation
above the threshold?
